Richard is a qualified business and property development professional with experience in investment analysis, development advisory and project delivery throughout Queensland.
As Co-Founder and Director of Rhodeland Group, Richard works closely with landowners, developers, investors and industry stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. His experience spans project acquisitions, feasibility and financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, development management and construction delivery, with a strong focus on commercial performance and detailed oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Holding a Bachelor of Business, a Postgraduate Diploma in Property, RG146 accreditation in Financial Management and a Principal’s Licence through the REIQ, Richard brings a well-rounded understanding of property, finance and construction. His approach combines analytical capability with practical industry insight to support efficient project delivery and long-term asset value creation.
Known for his collaborative and relationship-focused approach, Richard is committed to delivering strategic property solutions that align stakeholder objectives with strong commercial and development outcomes.
Director
Joe is a property development professional with experience across residential, commercial, industrial and specialised development projects throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
As Co-Founder and Director of Rhodeland Group, Joe works closely with landowners, developers, investors and institutional clients to deliver strategic property outcomes from acquisition and feasibility through to approvals, construction and project delivery.
Joe’s experience spans a diverse range of sectors including residential subdivisions, industrial estates, large format retail, educational facilities, airport developments and mixed-use precincts. He has developed a strong reputation for front-end due diligence, master planning, feasibility modelling, project strategy and development management, with a practical understanding of both the commercial and delivery aspects of complex projects.
Holding a Master of Project Management (Honours) and Bachelor of Property Economics (Honours), Joe combines analytical capability with a hands-on approach to project execution. His focus is on creating commercially successful developments through clear strategy, disciplined financial management and collaborative project leadership.
Senior Project Manager
Lachlan is a highly experienced construction professional with over 17 years’ experience across the commercial construction industry throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. Having progressed from Carpenter Apprentice through to Site Manager and Commercial Project Manager roles, Lachlan has developed extensive expertise leading large construction teams and delivering complex projects across the commercial, education, health, retail and resource sectors.
Throughout his career, Lachlan has successfully managed all aspects of project delivery including construction programming, subcontractor management, procurement, budgeting, quality assurance, safety compliance and stakeholder coordination. His hands-on trade background, combined with leadership experience managing large site teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders, provides him with a practical and well-rounded understanding of both site operations and commercial project delivery.
Lachlan holds a QBCC Medium Rise Building Licence, QBCC Supervisors Licence, Diploma in Building and Construction, Diploma in Leadership and Management, Certificate III in Carpentry, Working at Heights certification, EWP Licence and Forklift Licence. He is recognised for his strong leadership, attention to detail and collaborative management style.
Development and Acquisitions Manager
Connor is a property professional working across multiple projects, sectors and stages of the development lifecycle throughout Queensland and New South Wales, with a keen interest in residential land subdivision, townhouse and childcare development projects.
As Assistant Development Manager at Rhodeland Group, Connor supports the coordination and delivery of development projects from early-stage feasibility and planning through to design and handover, working closely with consultants, contractors, authorities and clients. His experience spans consultant coordination, authority approvals, contractor procurement, cost tracking, project administration and stakeholder management.
Connor holds a Bachelor of Property Economics with minors in Urban and Regional Planning Studies and Project Management, providing a strong foundation across the commercial, planning and delivery aspects of the property development industry.
Development & Operations Coordinator
Jed is a development and operations professional supporting the delivery and coordination of projects across Rhodeland Group’s growing portfolio throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
As Development and Operations Coordinator, Jed works closely with the broader team to support project coordination, operational systems and day-to-day business functions across the development lifecycle. With a strong focus on improving internal processes and creating efficient workflows, he plays a key role in supporting effective project delivery and business operations.
Coming from a background in the aged care industry, Jed brings a people-focused and solutions-driven approach to the property sector, with experience in operational coordination, stakeholder communication and process improvement.
